This November the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia will welcome a group of early childhood center directors from across the state to Charlottesville for a three-day workshop. Directors who participate in the Early Childhood Leadership Workshop will use case study analysis and class discussions to explore the following topics: developing strategic priorities, managing stakeholders, leading change, and improving high quality programs. Through Darden Executive Education programs, leaders learn to think differently, actively participate in finding answers to key organizational challenges, and enhance their management and leadership effectiveness.
