John C. Maxwell says in order to reach your potential, you must be intentional about personal growth. This book reminds the readers that Potential is one of the most powerful words in any language. A person’s potential implies possibilities, it heralds hope, and it unveils greatness. In The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth, Maxwell shares the core of what he has learned about developing yourself so that you have the best chance of becoming the person you were created to be.
Cheryl Harris Sutton, Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team, will lead us through a six-week book study with facilitated discussions on how personal growth really works, and how you and your team can develop yourselves to become more effective and fulfilled individuals. You will learn how to build up your sense of purpose and become more successful in every area of your life. This facilitated discussion will provide the path for you and your team to explore the foundational principles that guide successful people.
As the President of Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc., Cheryl’s vision is to help others reach their full potential through coaching and training in the areas of personal growth, leadership development, DISC behavioral principles and diversity, equity and inclusion. An experienced Personal Growth Strategist, Cheryl is a leadership expert, certified and licensed by the John Maxwell Team to bring proven leadership strategies and practices to individuals and organizations. Cheryl believes that personal growth is critical to discovering one’s greater potential which enables us to become the best version of ourselves and positions us to succeed in every area of our lives. She is committed to helping her clients expand their thinking, boost their confidence and close the gap between where they are and where they desire to be. Cheryl is also the co-founder of Small Business Picture Day™. Small Business Picture Day provides a day of FREE professional quality headshots and business development training for business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals.
An accomplished health care executive, Cheryl has more than three decades of experience leading the administration of oral and behavioral health programs as well as developing client and community stakeholder partnerships. Her areas of expertise include account management, quality management and improvement, credentialing, provider network management, accreditation and compliance. Her demonstrated success in leading teams, analyzing challenges and deploying effective strategies, makes her expertise invaluable. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Media from Hampton University and a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Together we will identify the right attitude necessary for growth, learn more about you and your team’s strengths, tap into your passion, become more in touch with your purpose and develop your skills. You will be challenged to elevate every area of your life and put in the work to actually grow.

Price is $200.00 per person.
Books will be mailed to your program’s main office around September 20.
